As a mechanic of 15 years with an ASE certification in steering and suspension, T.J. comes to every job with both experience and knowledge to ensure the best vehicle maintenance and repair. With a priority of exceeding expectations and keeping your vehicle in excellent condition, he will always have your family and vehicles best interest at heart. He has a passion for suspensions & alignments, he really enjoys doing specialty alignments on things like drag race cars!

Being A/C certified, and 10 years of experience under his belt Ben comes at every vehicle with the utmost care. He believes in treating every vehicle as if it was his own, every time. He is our go to guy on the “odd ball stuff.” He’s seen a little bit of everything and is always interested in learning how and why things are built the way that they are.

Committed to providing quality service to customers, Jason has a wealth of technical knowledge with over 15 years of experience to assist our techs in providing a quality and complete repair by using the right parts for the right jobs.

On top of having almost 15 years of experience, Nate has also been with Kustom Illusions since day zero. Nate attended Laramie County Community College to purse a business degree. He got his Associate’s degree in 2014 and finished his Bachelor’s degree in 2022. He is striving to keep the shop at the forefront in technology and innovation. Believing in the golden rule, he will always treat you with respect, and ensure your vehicle is taken care of.

As a master technician and over 30 years experience, Randy has been in the automotive repair business for a long time. Being well versed under the hood of a car is one thing, but he stands by his principles and knows the only way to maintain good customer relations is to never take advantage of a customer and leave all of the decision making in their hands. Allowing proper education as needed, and never pressuring he ensures every customer feels like family.

Emmy-The boss, lets be honest the shop wouldn’t be the same without a furry mascot, she speaks a little different language than we do but she still manages to boss us all around. She’s still a pup but we are always learning from her. She is always excited to meet new customers and great deliver drivers (as long as they bring her treats)
